The team should identify the communication procedures to be implemented on the project. This will include electronic as well as other communication such as meeting procedures. Depending on project characteristics, this could include BIM meeting types, frequency, location, procedures, invited attendees, etc. during the various stages of the project. It could also include electronic communication procedures such as the appropriate use of email and other collaborative information technologies which may include collaborative project management systems, content management sites, project websites, etc. The detailed description these systems should be included in the 'Technology Infrastructure' section of the project plan.
